Intermediate Narrative Improv

In this second of three narrative improv classes, Intermediate Narrative will allow students to continue building on their narrative skills, while strengthening their ensemble of improv storytellers. Students will delve deeper into character, including the study of villains/antagonists, while building on show structure, world creation and emotional realism to help enrich their stories and engage the audience.

Students will perform a narrative show (40ish minutes) at the end of the course.

Join Jeanette (your narrative instructor) on this continuation of your improv journey to expand your play and to bring stories like the ones you love to watch and read to our stage!

Prerequisites: Completion of Beginning Narrative Improv (preferably spring 2024 – please discuss with instructor if you have taken Beginning Narrative Improv under the previous curriculum). For questions, email
