Hesitancy from you or your ensemble kills momentum or an entire piece. But you can overcome this! We’ll explore how you as an individual can make moves that support others and empower you to make positive moves others would love to support.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Nnamdi Ngwe is an Emmy-nominated writer, actor, comedian, teacher, and facilitator. After graduating from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, he went on to study and perform comedy at iO Theater and The Second City. During this time, he found new ways to connect with live audiences and students of his own through teaching and performing in different cities and countries.
Nnamdi has written and performed for film and TV on shows including The Amber Ruffin Show, The Bold and The Beautiful, A Black Lady Sketch Show, Blippi, The NFL, Comedy Central presents 3Peat, and the Emmy Award-winning Tab Time. With his twin brother and writing partner, Amechi, he wrote and starred in the critically acclaimed Julius, Rap Skool, and House Sitters.
In addition to teaching improv and sketch, Nnamdi facilitates corporate workshops globally that specialize in applying the fundamentals of improv in the workplace. He’s worked with large and small organizations like Motorola, T-Mobile, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Kearney, among others. He also consults businesses on their social media strategy. Nnamdi can be seen hosting events as well as performing around the world with his award winning sketch/improv group 3Peat.
