OKC Improv, Oklahoma's premiere showcase for improv comedy and theater, continues its 6-week January/February Run at Ghostlight Theatre Club (3110 N Walker) this Saturday, February 5.

The 8pm show kicks off with the world premiere of a brand new collaboration entitled Twnprov-ing The World. Featuring the combined forces of OKC duos Twinprov and Improv-ing the World, the newly forged quartet will attempt to create 300 unique characters in the span of one show. Next up is the jazzy relationship-driven comedy of The Ones Your Mother Warned You About in which 4 improvisers explore the ongoing battle of the sexes through dueling monologues and rich scenes. Closing out the 8pm show will be the world premiere of Fortune's Fools, a new troupe co-produced by OKC Improv and Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park, that brings together some of the metro's best actors and improvisers on one stage to create original stories and characters in the style of William Shakespeare.

The 10pm show this week has been canceled.

OKC Improv's current run continues with weekly Saturday shows at 8pm and 10pm through February 12. Tickets are $10 each. $5 for improvisers.

OKC Improv, Oklahoma's premiere showcase for improv comedy and theater, continues its 6-week January/February Run at Ghostlight Theatre Club (3110 N Walker) this Saturday, January 29 with two awesome shows at 8pm and 10pm.

At 8pm we've got fast-paced Whose Line-style short form improv courtesy of the OKC Improv All-Stars, a super troupe made up of a rotating cast of experienced pros and talented newcomers. Next up is the long-form shenanigans of OKC's longest running troupe, Everybody and Their Dog followed by the jazzy relationship-driven comedy of The Ones Your Mother Warned You About.

At 10pm magician William Rader returns to the OKC Improv stage with a brand new mentalism show in which he'll read the thoughts of the audience. OKC's first all-gal group The MiDolls will be bring the funny next with their always entertaining brand of themed comedy. The night will close out with the OKC Improv debut of The Bat, a Chicago-based improv form performed in the dark!

OKC Improv, Oklahoma's premiere showcase for improv comedy and theater, continues its 6-week January/February Run at Ghostlight Theatre Club (3110 N Walker) this Saturday, January 22 with a special Duos Night with shows at 8pm and 10pm.

At 8pm we've got the generation-spanning comedy of Two's Company as they create an entirely fictional family history inspired by a photograph from the audience. Next is the return of wryly witty long-form group Improv-ing The World and the playfully powerful Tahlequah-based husband and wife duo Red Letters as they mine the depths of complex and eccentric character relationships.

At 10pm rejoice at the return of the wordy and dirty poetically naughty Me Talk Sexy as they explore ideas of romance in the 21st century. Next up is the rapid fire and idiosyncratically explosive comedy of C-4. Twinprov will close out the night with the debut of a brand new form called Dream Machine developed with and featuring special guest musician Zach Zeller of The Non. Building on the Rap-sody and String Theory shows, Dream Machine will take the audience on a sonically stimulating multi-genre musical and narrative odyssey of epic proportions.

At 8pm we've got fast-paced Whose Line-style short form improv courtesy of OKC Improv All-Stars followed by the generation hopping chronological comedy of Two's Company followed by some long-form shenanigans of Oklahoma's longest running troupe, Everybody and Their Dog.

At 10pm UCO-based long-form group Awkward Pause will be debuting a new Murder Mystery form, followed by the world premiere of Short Order Crooks, a brand new short form troupe directed by OKC Improv producer Buck Vrazel. OKC's favorite all-gal comedy ensemble, The MiDolls, close out the 10pm show with some themed improv.
